By using QuizStakes, you acknowledge and agree to:

No Purchase Necessary

QuizStakes is a free-to-play sweepstakes platform. You never need to make a purchase to participate or win. All entries are earned through quiz participation.

Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate in QuizStakes.

Geographic Restrictions

QuizStakes is open to legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Begol201 LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

One Account Per Person

Each participant may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts, fraudulent entries, or use of automated systems will result in disqualification.

Quiz & Ticket Rules

How Tickets Are Earned

  • 1 ticket per correct answer - Answer quiz questions correctly to earn tickets
  • Maximum 10 tickets per quiz - Each quiz contains 10 questions
  • No time limit - Take your time answering questions
  • Unlimited attempts - You can take the quiz multiple times to earn more tickets

Ticket Usage

  • Tickets can be used to enter sweepstakes for various prizes
  • Different prizes require different numbers of tickets (1-10 tickets)
  • Tickets do not expire and can be accumulated over time
  • Tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold

Drawing Process

  • Monthly Drawings: Winners are selected randomly at the end of each month
  • Random Selection: All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email and phone within 5 business days
  • Prize Delivery: Prizes will be shipped within 30 days of winner verification
  • Unclaimed Prizes: Winners have 14 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner will be selected

Winner Responsibilities

Winners may be required to:

  • Complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
  • Provide valid government-issued identification
  • Pay any applicable taxes on prizes valued over $600 (IRS Form 1099 will be issued)
  • Allow use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes (where permitted by law)

Opt-In Requirements

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you:

  • Confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided
  • Consent to receive two types of messages: Marketing Messages (promotional content, quiz alerts, special offers) and Account Notifications (entry confirmations, winner announcements)
  • Understand that consent is not required to make a purchase or participate
  • Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply based on your carrier plan

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to participate in quizzes or enter sweepstakes
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform
  • Share or sell your account, tickets, or entries to others
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Consequences: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of tickets and prizes, and potential legal action. QuizStakes reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and disqualify participants at our sole discretion.

Service Availability

QuizStakes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Begol201 LLC and QuizStakes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity to win prizes.

Prize Substitution

QuizStakes reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if advertised prizes become unavailable. Prize images are for illustration purposes only; actual products may vary.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on QuizStakes, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, quiz questions, software, and design, is the property of Begol201 LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use QuizStakes for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of QuizStakes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

By using QuizStakes, you waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
