Physical prizes like iPhones, PlayStation consoles, and MacBooks are shipped via FedEx or UPS with full tracking. US delivery only. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package ships.
PayPal Cash
Direct Transfer
PayPal Cash prizes are sent as a direct PayPal transfer to your verified PayPal account. Typically clears within 3 business days of verification - one of our fastest delivery methods.
The Winner Journey
Certified Random Draw
When a prize draw closes, winners are selected using a third-party certified random draw system. Every entry has a fair and equal chance based on the number of tickets entered.
Winner Notification
You receive an email AND an SMS notification within 24 hours of the draw. The message includes your prize details, a unique winner reference code, and instructions for the next step.
Identity Verification
You must confirm your full name, mailing address, and proof that you are 18 years of age or older within 7 days of notification. This step protects all winners and complies with sweepstakes law.
Prize Processing
Once verification is complete, our prize team processes your award within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is finished and your prize is on its way.

How long does it take to receive my prize after I win?
The total time depends on your prize type. After identity verification (which you must complete within 7 days), cash prizes arrive in up to 7 business days, gift cards in 24–48 hours, PayPal Cash in 3 business days, and physical electronics in 5–10 business days. Our average across all prize types is 6 days.
What identity documents do I need to verify?
You need to provide your full legal name, current mailing address, and confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older. A government-issued photo ID may be requested to confirm identity. The verification form is sent securely by email immediately after the draw.
Do you ship prizes to countries outside the United States?
Physical prize shipments (electronics like iPhones, PlayStations, and MacBooks) are currently available to US residents only. Digital prizes - including cash transfers, PayPal Cash, and gift card codes - may be available internationally depending on the specific prize. Check the individual prize listing for eligibility details.
What happens if a winner does not respond within 7 days?
If we do not receive a response to our winner notification within 7 days, or if the winner fails to complete identity verification, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected from the remaining entries. We send reminder messages at 3 days and 6 days to ensure winners do not miss out.
Will I receive a tax form for large cash prizes?
US winners who receive prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-MISC tax form from QuizStakes in accordance with IRS requirements. We collect the necessary information during the verification step. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance on how prize income affects your tax situation.
